Ook is er monitoring toegevoegd en zijn alle transacties die in de wacht stonden verwerkt. Hierdoor kunnen we concluderen dat de situatie is verholpen. ------------ Last night, background processes were updated which ensured that the problems no longer occurred. Also monitoring was added and all transactions that were on hold were processed. As a result, we can conclude that the situation has been resolved.
Vanochtend hebben we last gehad van trage prestaties op het Leviy-dashboard. Er is een oplossing geïmplementeerd, maar de komende uren kunt u nog steeds een foutmelding krijgen wanneer u toegang probeert te krijgen tot bepaalde pagina's. Totdat deze wijziging volledig is doorgevoerd, betekent dit ook dat wijzigingen in autorisaties (groepen, gebruikers) pas later worden verwerkt. ------------------------- This morning we have been experiencing slow performance on the Leviy dashboard. A fix has been implemented, however the next few hours you might still encounter an error message when trying access to certain pages. Until this change is fully implemented, it also means that changes to authorisations (groups, users) will not be processed until later.

Last updateThere are some ongoing issues with the sending of Analytics notifications. Our supplier ensured us they are following up on this. Affected customers and users are informed on an individual basis.
For unclear reason analytics boards reports are being send without subscriptions of users. Therefor we decide to turn of this feature until the problem has been solved. We are investigating with our supplier (Sisense) why emails are being send to users that have not been subscribed to analytics boards.

Sinds 00:00 uur werkt de database connectie van Leviy Analytics niet meer, waardoor de dashboards niet meer geactualiseerd kunnen worden.
