A fix is being applied to address connectivity issues for customers using IP Access Filtering in LanSchool Air. Some users may experience a brief disruption in service today between 1:00 PM EDT and 1:05 PM EDT.

We are aware of an issue with IP Access Filtering causing student devices to fail to connect even when on a permitted network. Devices outside of a permitted network will continue to remain blocked. Customers without IP Access Filtering enabled will continue to operate normally. Our engineers have a fix prepared and are working to get it deployed quickly.
