We're having some invoicing slowness, you can meet some delay during the invoicing progress, especially around in advance. We had a very uncommon load for in advance invoice processing, it's under control but it added some delay for whole invoicing.

We are upgrading our Database, no downtime will happen, you can meet occasionnal 500 errors on API during the process.

US Cluster is impacted. EU Cluster is safe.
We are experiencing performance degradation and have a large backlog of background jobs on our cloud product (US cluster). As a result, the billing process may be delayed. We are working to resolve this problem and will let you know when the situation returns to normal.

The problem is identified, we are working on fixing it
We have an infrastructure issue on our US Cluster impacting both API and APP. Public access is no more available, invoicing jobs are still up and running.

API Service is back to normal, we are monitoring if any issue persist
The API is currenly offline, we have a Database migration problem on our side. All the billing data and logic is not affected. We have a fix running, everything should be back to normal in 30min.
We currently have an outage on our API Database, we are currently investigating the issue.
