During a planned maintenance, we encountered database connectivity problems, which our team immediately fixed. Services affected by this problem include Jotform Global, Jotform API, Jotform Europe, and HIPAA. Corrective actions: Due to the increased load on our databases, we have to close traffic to restore. Preventive actions: We will take preventive measures to notice the overload of the database due to maintenance before deployment.
