We are investigating an issue with clients when trying to collect payments in Jobber Payments by hitting the "Save and" button, the payment is not collected. This will affect all clients using Jobber Payments to collect payments and only clients using Jobber Payments. Workaround: Instead click 'Save Invoice' , Send your invoice to your customer or mark as sent -> Hit Collect Payment in the top right. We will update as soon as we have any more information. Our team has received reports that users using GMail are receiving a warning banner for emails sent from notification@getjobber.com. We have identified and addressed the problem and are working towards ensuring Gmail is aware that we’ve solved the problem. Gmail shows this banner when emails from a specific address have been marked by someone as suspicious, and it prevents the clicking of any links in the email. If you were expecting this email, clicking “Looks Safe” will allow you to click the links in the email. We will provide an update with the banner on the website and our status page at https://www.jobberstatus.net/ when we have more information. We are investigating an issue with Google (Gmail account owners) reporting that emails coming from notification@getjobber.com are marked as dangerous/phishing. This may affect customers receiving warning messages on their Google Gmail resulting into them not opening legitimate quotes/invoices. Workaround: Customers can check that the email is legitimate, mark it as safe, and proceed. Another option is for Jobber users to send items by SMS text for now where possible. We are continuing to monitor the issue with SMS Error notifications when first sending SMS message to unknown contacts. We greatly appreciate your patience, and will update as soon as the issue has been resolved.

We are currently looking into reports from Jobber App users who are receiving SMS Error notifications. These notifications are legitimate but are not indicative of any issues with the sending or receiving of SMS messages, which are being processed successfully. We are still investigating the root cause of these errors.
