Our Salesforce Connector has been operating smoothly for the past 36 hours without any enrichment failures or delays. All enrichment errors thus far have been attributed to Salesforce record validation errors, unrelated to the Salesforce Connector itself. We continue to closely monitor Salesforce record enrichment but, at this time, are marking this incident as resolved.
All Salesforce Lead and Account records created as of 15 minutes ago have been enriched and all enrichment failures we have encountered throughout our investigation have been due to Salesforce field validation errors (issues with the Salesforce record, unrelated to Intricately). We continue to investigate anecdotal reports of records not being enriched and will post updates as we have them.
We are deploying an emergency release this morning to give us greater visibility into the issue.
We are actively investigating intermittent Salesforce record enrichment failures. We will provide additional updates as soon as they become available.
