We are experiencing an intermittent dual-failure of redundant network equipment in the DFW PoP. This has caused two unplanned incidents (INC-845 on 26-May-2025 and INC-848 on 31-May-2025), and there is currently a risk of recurrence until we are able to complete an emergency hardware replacement to restore full redundancy. In order to eliminate the risk of additional customer impact, we are performing an emergency maintenance to deactivate the DFW PoP, and re-route customer traffic to alternate PoPs. We will communicate updates as to when the PoP is restored and activated again via the Imperva Status Page (https://status.imperva.com/).

As part of our commitment to building a future-facing network, Imperva recently launched our Next Generation Architecture in the GRZ - Vienna, Austria PoP with improved capacity, connectivity, and services. This PoP is replacing our currently operational PoP in VIE - Vienna, Austria. Imperva will be migrating all services and customer traffic from our VIE PoP to our GRZ PoP, and decommissioning our VIE PoP during a scheduled maintenance window which will begin at May 21 at 21:00 UTC, completing by May 22 at 07:00 UTC.For Cloud WAF customers, Imperva will reroute traffic to an unaffected PoP in the region for the duration of the maintenance, with no expected interruption to Cloud WAF services. At the end of the maintenance, traffic will be serviced by the new PoP. DDoS Protection for Networks customers must ensure that the advertisement of their ranges via an alternate connection such as GRE tunnels or Cross-Connects is in place prior to the start of maintenance to avoid interruption of service. At the end of the maintenance, DDoS Protection traffic will be serviced by the new PoP.
