We are currently investigating issues on our EU Cluster which could affect Login/Authentication, VOD Load times and Broadcasting. These issues appear to be stemming from a network issue within the IBM Cloud. Our engineering team is engaged and looking into these issues. Our engineering team has informed us of an issue with Moderators and Q&A, due to a recent release. Currently, the Q&A module does not recognize moderators on both Enterprise Video Streaming channel pages as well as embeds. Moderation is still available for admins from the Dashboard on the Q&A direct links (eg. https://video.ibm.com/qna/<ChannelID>?ownermode=1; VS and Auth API users are not affected). The team will deploy a fix for this as soon as it is ready. Thank you for your patience.
