Last updateOn Thursday afternoon, October 23rd 2020, we experienced a delay in the delivery of emails sent from Homerun. This started around 11.30 AM \(GMT\+1\). Emails included in the delay: * notifications about new candidates, todo’s, and events * invites to new Homerun users * emails from candidates to Homerun users * confirmation emails to candidates * emails and event invites to and for candidates Around 6.00 PM \(GMT\+1\) all delayed emails were delivered and the issue was resolved. There is currently no delay in the delivery of emails sent from Homerun. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us on support@homerun.co

Our email provider, Sendgrid, is experiencing issues. Because of this, emails through Homerun might not be sent. We are monitoring Sengrid's status and will post an update here when their issues are resolved. To make sure your email is delivered, go to a candidate's timeline and hover over the sender and recipient names. An email that is delivered should show "delivery status: delivered". Thank you for your understanding.
