The newest version of our extension has been released (it should update for users automatically). Our team will resolve this incident as soon as the Knowledge Triggers feature is re-enabled on Monday.
We've identified the cause of this outage as relating to a recent change made to our Knowledge Triggers feature. We've released a fix for this, and are waiting on our extension to be updated by Chrome which will reflect this change. This will likely be early next week. In the meantime we've made the decision to keep the Knowledge Triggers feature turned off to ensure a smooth release. Guru is back up and running with the exception of the Knowledge Triggers feature. Thank you for your patience, we'll resolve this incident as soon as the new extension is live and Knowledge Triggers are available again.
While Guru is back up and running, we've confirmed the cause of the original issue and are working to release a fix. We'll update as soon as this is released. We've re-enabled notifications as a result as well, for now Knowledge Triggers are still turned off. Thank you for your patience.

Guru's latest extension version (2.106.2791) is currently experiencing some difficulty loading when specific preferences are set. In these cases, users are receiving an "Oops! Something went wrong" error over the extension when they open a Card. This issue only appears when users have "tabbed" selected under the "Multiple Card Display Options" section under "Extension Preferences" menu. Our team is aware of this issue and is actively working to release an updated extension version that resolves this. Workaround: As a workaround, users are encouraged to select "Individual Cards" under the Extension Preferences menu. You can learn how to do this here: https://help.getguru.com/en/articles/4681139-extension-preferences-knowledge-clipper-card-preview-and-more We will update users here as soon as the newest extension version is available in Chrome. A fix is currently being deployed for Knowledge Alerts - in the mean time this feature has been disabled until the fix is out in production. Notifications have been turned back on and users should no longer be logged out after a brief period of time.
Although the notifications and Knowledge Alerts systems are offline, we are experiencing issues where users are being logged out of the web application and extensions. We are continuing to work as quickly as we can to address the issue.
