We are currently investigating an issue causing GoGuardian Beacon to not load as expected. Counselors and super counselors may see a blank white page when attempting to access GoGuardian Beacon. Last updateGoogle was accidentally categorized earlier today as adware starting 3:44 EDT resolved at 4:20 EDT (12:44PDT 1:20 PDT). This would have caused google.com as well as many other subdomains of google.com to be blocked for students and staff filtered by GoGuardian. The change was reverted and the issue should now be resolved. We apologize for the confusion this undoubtedly has been causing. If students are still affected, please have them enter chrome://restart in their Chrome browser force an update, and get things back up and running.

Report: "GoGuardian Teacher Classlink Integration Outage"
Last updateClasslink has pushed out a fix to resolve an issue causing students to not be properly integrated in GoGuardian Teacher classrooms via Classlink. To update and re-roster your student accounts, please have an administrator with Super User permissions proceed to https://manage.goguardian.com/integrations and click the "sync now." Success will be indicated within a few minutes and the student count should appear under "updated" and/or "integrated" rows. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue. On Thursday December 8, 2022 ClassLink pushed out an update to Roster Server. This update has caused student information to not be properly integrated for some Classlink integrated organizations. GoGuardian Teacher classrooms created via Classlink will not have any students enrolled during this time. Classlink is working on pushing out an update by the end of the day today. If your organization does not use Classlink integrations, no functionality should be impacted by this issue. We are in communication with Classlink to stay updated on any progress made and we apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.

Amazon has implemented a fix which has resulted in recovery for many of our users. Admins, teachers, and counselors should now be able to access our products as normal. As of approximately 7:35 AM PT, 10:35 AM ET on December 15, 2021, GoGuardian teachers, admins, and counselors may have trouble accessing or using our products. Admin filtering is expected to continue functioning if cached on client devices, but newly connected accounts/devices may not be filtered as expected. Amazon and many other internet services are experiencing a widespread outage at this time, and our product functionality relies on these services. A fix for this issue is dependent on these third parties resolving outages on their services.
