An outage with OpenAI services from 5:42 AM to 7:16 AM PT on 11/08, partially impacted certain Forethought services. Triage: The Sentiment Intensity Classifier was non-operational; however, other classifiers functioned normally. Assist: Response generation was down. All other features of Assist remained available. Email 1.0: There was no impact on this service. Email 2.0: The system defaulted to not sending customer email responses. Widget: Customers experienced a connection error upon entering queries. Dashboard: Access to Workflow creation, settings adjustments, and analytics were unaffected. Customers who do not incorporate OpenAI into their Forethought solutions experienced no service interruption.
