We have a discovered an issue in one of the databases behind famly, that means that when you update certain things (e.g. statuses), even though they are correctly saved, they are not being shown to you. This could mean, for example, that even if you mark a child as ‘signed out’ - while the system recognises they indeed are signed out, they will still show as being signed in. We are currently all hands on deck and believe we’ve discovered the issue and looking to fix as soon as possible.

Last updateWe had issues concerning the app working very slow or being unresponsive. This is caused by the same issues you may have experienced before Christmas, with a peak load in the late afternoon. This caused the app to be slow and unresponsive. We did take a lot of measures to avoid this from happening again before Christmas, but it doesn't seem to have been enough. We want to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and assure you that our developers are working on this as a top priority!
