Report: "Titan web server outage"
Last updateFrom 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM, ExpandShare experienced an outage on our Titan Web Server that affected several services in our application and website at http://app.expandshare.com. Our infrastructure team determined the root cause of the issue was an NGINX server and rebooted it to resolve the problem. Our team is investigating this issue and will look at upgrading NGINX to prevent future incidences from occurring.

Last updateMailgun is continuing to have intermittent connectivity issues. We have switched email providers to AWS and are back up and running at 100%. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and your teams. Please let us know if you notice any issues with email services going forward.
Mailgun is seeing the DDoS attack shifting to the EU region. Our email services continue to be intermittently available. We are investigating alternative solutions at this time.
