Please re-trigger scoring on any previously reported exams that were attempted after 8pm CT on March 11, 2025 up until today at 2:00pm CT on March 12, 2025(US based clients) and 12pm CT on March 11, 2025 up until today at 2:00pm CT on March 12, 2025(APAC based clients). You can uncheck a student under the score column in the exam taker activity tab and navigate to the reporting/adjust scoring tab to re-trigger scoring.

Upon releasing Examplify version 3.4.4 today, we identified an issue that prevented some exam-takers, particularly those with Surface devices, from taking their exams. To immediately address this issue, we have reverted some institution’s mandatory Examplify versions to 3.4.2 for Windows. Because this issue only impacted Windows users, Examplify for macOS will remain on 3.4.4. Exam-takers who have already upgraded to Examplify for Windows 3.4.4 and are unable to complete their exam should contact ExamSoft support for assistance. We will deploy an updated version of Examplify for Windows that addresses this issue permanently, and will notify institutions as soon as this is available.

Newly created exams are working now for iPad. - Newly created exams will work as intended. - Exams posted before 8 PM CT 6/1/23 will work with no issues. - Exams that were posted between the time period of 6/1/23 8 pm CT - 6/2/23 10:30 am CT will run into issues if used on iPad. - Exams that were created between the affected timeframe would need to be either duplicated,re-posted or newly created for any Ipad users. - Users will need to delete and reinstall the Examplify app for iPad if they are experiencing issues relating to app closure
