We've identified the issue -- a critical upstream dependency is failing its validation, causing builds to fail. This is an issue with all of React Native. See https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/42110 and https://github.com/boostorg/boost/issues/843. We are waiting to see if the boost or Facebook teams resolve the issue, otherwise we will apply a patch. For now, publishing iOS is unavailable until this is resolved.
