AWS is recovering from their issue but there will be delays as backlogged data is processed. Performance will be impacted for a period of time. We expect recovery soon.
There's an AWS outage causing delays in processing data, including uploading photos, and Connect integrations. We are actively investigating the AWS issue.

We are beginning to see this issue recover but are continuing to monitor.
An issue affecting one of our vendors is causing the problems that we are seeing with mobile app access. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue ASAP.

Last updateReporting dashboards in Work and Manage are operational again. In some cases you may need to select "Filters" on the top of the dashboard/report to make a change and click "Apply" to clear the errors. The dashboards may initially take longer than normal to load the first time.

The Map Routing Service is not operational. This impacts displaying the technician's travel route between appointments on the schedule map in Work. Their current location is displayed accurately, if known. The issue has been identified and we are working on a fix.

We are working on replaying messages that we are able to recover and that are still relevant. Our notification vendor is experiencing issues this morning that will affect customer SMS messages as well as access to our platform if attempting to login using a mobile number. While we monitor this situation, we recommend using the email address associated with your user profile in Dispatch for login purposes.

Last updateDue to a server restart, SMS and Email notifications that were attempted at 1:15pm eastern were delayed in delivery by a couple minutes. Of those, a very small number failed upon retry at 1:17 and were delayed until 1:50 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This incident has since been resolved and notifications are sending as expected. We are working on replaying the following notification types: - Customer Survey Prompts - Customer Survey Responses - Job Offers - Customer pre-appointment reminders For users of our Inbox product, you will be able to view customer messages in their respective conversations from our Work web application. Any Survey Responses that came in during this time will be visible from the "Your Reviews" report in the Work web app as well.

Due to an ongoing issue with Google Maps that Google has been working on since yesterday evening, users of our Manager or Field apps may experience crashing upon opening or trying to click into a job. This affects Android users. We recommend anyone experiencing recurring application crashes in Dispatch Field and Dispatch Manager to perform the follow actions from their main device settings: Go to Main Device Settings Go to Apps Go to Dispatch App (Field and Manager) Go to Storage Clear Cache Clear Data If after following these steps users are still reporting issues, please delete and re-download our apps from the Google Play store.
