Some slowness may still be present on the site while the main issue is being addressed. All users should still be able to login and access projects as normal.

A temporary fix is in place while we fix the root cause. Datasite should be accessible.
The issue is with our login service. Users who were already logged in are able to continue to work. New users are not able to access the platform.

Performance is back to normal, but the team is continuing to do work to stabilize the platform long term. We will keep this statuspage up while this work is ongoing.

Datasite engineers have discovered an issue with analytics dashboards in the US region. Analytics are not updating for new documents at this time. The issue is a result of a vendor system failure. We are monitoring the situation and will be in continuous contact with the vendor until they fully resolve the issue. EMEA and AUS regions are not impacted.
