Last updateMeta has fixed the bug affecting rights requests, and your rights-approved stream is once again being automatically populated. Any assets that you received the rights to use between August 29 and September 6 have been added to your stream retroactively. If you experience any further issues please contact our support team.
Rights-approved assets are not being marked as Approved in Platform due to an issue with Meta's API that is affecting platforms like CrowdRiff. This issue began on Monday, August 26, 2024. Our team is closely monitoring Meta for updates. We'll notify you as soon as we have more information.

Users are currently unable to log in to access the platform. This issue began around 12:39am ET January 10th. Though the platform is not accessible, your galleries and apps built on our API are still displaying normally. The team is currently investigating the issue. We will update you here when we have more information or when we’ve resolved the issue.
Report: "Some rights-approved assets are not being marked approved"
Last updateThe incident involving rights approved assets not being marked as approved has been resolved. You will now see your approved assets in your Rights Approved stream in CrowdRiff. Thank you for your patience. Our team is continuing to work to learn the root cause of the incident to prevent this from happening again.
Assets that were rights-approved on or after September 10th are not getting marked as approved in CrowdRiff. We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Once the fix is rolled out, assets that were approved by the Instagram user will be reflected as approved in CrowdRiff.

Last updateThis issue was resolved on September 10, 2020 at 1:50 pm ET. Rights-approved assets are now being marked as Approved in Platform. We are still working on backfilling assets that were not marked as approved during the outage. This may a couple of day to reflect in your CrowdRiff library.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Report: "Assets not showing up in platform"

We are continuing to investigate this issue.
If you try to add assets to an album or app, you will receive a success message, the assets will not be added to that album or app. If you try to upload an asset and is a success, the assets will not show up in platform. If you add an image via Sidekick or Add Via URL and receive a success message, the asset does not show up in platform. We are investigating the issue and working toward a solution. We will update you here when we’ve resolved the issue.
Report: "Facebook API not returning rights approved or @mentioned content"
Last updateFacebook resolved the issue affecting @mentioned and rights approved content coming into CrowdRiff. This was resolved sometime between 10pm-11pm EST on August 17. Content that was @mentioned or rights approved during the time of the outage should be backfilled, and brought into your CrowdRiff collection.
Facebook is currently investigating an issue that’s affecting how its API delivers information to CrowdRiff. Right now, @mentioned content is not coming into CrowdRiff, and rights-approved content is not being marked as 'approved'. Facebook is aware of the issue and investigating. We will update here when we have more information.

Last updateThis incident has been resolved. New Facebook content should be populating in CrowdRiff from the Facebook pages you are tracking.
The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. We are currently monitoring to ensure that Facebook assets are ingesting and that previous posts are backfilling. We are seeing positive results, and will update here when we've verified that this is resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
CrowdRiff is not loading and users will not be able to access the platform. This issue began around 2:15pm ET. Though the platform is not accessible, your galleries and apps built on our API are still displaying normally. We are investigating what caused the issue. We will update you here when we have more information or when we’ve resolved the issue,.
Report: "Asset scoring incident"
Last updateThe incident involving hidden assets in your library(asset scoring) has been resolved. You will now be able to see your assets in your All Assets stream. Thank you for your patience.
Due to an issue with our asset scoring feature, only video content was displaying in the CrowdRiff platform since May 18. We implemented a temporary fix and are working on a permanent solution. The temporary fix is displaying a mixture of photo and video content in your platform, though you may notice less assets than usual populating in your stream. We're actively working on a fix and will update you here when we resolve the issue.

Media hub is back up as of 5:25pm EST on October 17th 2018. We will be running an investigation to learn more about the brief outage and work to prevent it in the future.
