Kraken Duplicate Wallet issue has been fixed. There are a few assets where users still might see duplicates. - ZEC - DAO - ICN - NMC - USTC - LUNC - RENDER Fixes for these assets will be put into place soon so that users will no longer see duplicate wallets here as well.
We are aware of some Kraken wallets showing as duplicates due to a recent update. No action is required. We are running a fix to remove duplicate wallets automatically. Our engineers are investigating the issue and we will be providing updates as necessary

We are currently investigating an issue where some users are seeing incorrect ETH transactions in their accounts. This issue is related to incomplete data from Coinbase’s API during their ETH2 wallet deprecation process. For affected users, this may cause ETH transactions to appear as "sent" without showing a corresponding incoming transaction to the new staked ETH account. Please note that this is a display issue, not a system compromise. We are actively working with Coinbase to resolve this issue and will provide updates as we learn more. Users are unable to add Avalanche (AVAX) wallets to CoinTracker. The blockchain reader for AVAX is undergoing an update and has limited our access to their API. AVAX wallets that are already connected to CoinTracker won't sync new transactions during this time. Existing AVAX transactions already in CoinTracker won't be affected. Last updateAfter monitoring website and account authentication performance since our previous update on this issue, we have determined that the has been resolved. As such, we are considering this incident resolved.

Our engineers have identified the root of the issue and are working on a solution. It may still take some time until the site is under normal operation and account authentication returned to normal.
We are currently experiencing issues with account authentication resulting users being blocked from accessing the site with "Access denied" error messages, accounts being blocked more frequently and other account authentication. Last updateWe have shipped a fix for this issue and charts on the dashboard and portfolio performance pages should no longer be flat. If you are still seeing flat charts on either of these pages, go to the Transactions-page, mark a single transaction as "Ignore" using the dropdown on that transaction and then un-ignore that same transaction. This will trigger a cost basis re-computation and once that has completed, the charts should no longer be flat.
The fix shipped during the downtime did unfortunately not do the trick. Our engineering team is continuing to work to resolve the issue. We will be providing updates as necessary.

Coinbase has identified the root cause of their API disruption. They have assigned engineers to fix the problem, and currently target having the work completed by July 12 (Please note this date is only an estimate).
We are aware of an issue with an upstream provider utilized by Coinbase API that is causing sync issues within CoinTracker. We are working with the upstream provider to resolve the issue.
