Last updateWe found the problem and resolved it. The issue were some missconfiguration on the webserver side that prevented specific actions from beeing executed. This issue did not impact anything other then access to the website. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We are currently seeing errors for our cleverreach.com website which prevents people from accessing the login page. The login page is still functional and all cleverreach functionaliy is still accessible. Please use the following link https://www.cleverreach.com/de-de/login/ to access the login page directly. We are working on resolving the issue and expecting it to be resolved soon.

We identified the issue and are applying a fix.
We observed in a few cases that account dashboards are stuck loading which leads to not being able to navigate your account. Currently we are investigating the issue. Allready planed or running mailings should not be impacted.

Report: "Slow frontend/interruption of service"
Last updateWe found the issue with one of our cache clusters which was not operational. We fixed the issue and made some adjustments to prevent further issues
At the moment we are experiencing slow down or im some cases interruption of some crucial systems regarding our frontend and login system. Mail delivery should not be impacted. We are sorry for the inconvenience and working on resolving the issue.
Report: "Partial outage of mail transfer"
Last updateWe resolved the issue. A string of unfortunate events let to a lot of traffic in one of our key database services which led to a total outage of that database. We implemented some changes to prevent such events from happening in the future.
We fixed the underlying issue and are monitoring the solution. All services are available again and delayed mailings are scheduled to be send as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We identified a problem with our infrastructure which today led to an outage of mail delivery and backend availability. We are working on resolving the issue. Right now mailings could be delayed up to 2-3 hours. No mailings are canceled, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Last updateToday at around 15:30 CET we experienced a major outage of our Servers we quickly managed to mitigate the problem which originated in a small DDOS attack on our systems. We took precautions to prevent such attacks in the future. Allready sent mails should not be impacted by the outage

We are experiencing issues regarding downloads of recipient lists where users are getting an access denied on trying to download a list. We are investigating the issue right now.

Our payment processor informed us about a full outage regarding all credit card payments. Credit card payments will be unavailable until further norice.

At the moment we are experiencing delays in our mailing delivery due to the high volume of traffic. Some of the more popular mailbox providers are experiencing huge amounts of mail traffic. This leads to providers throtteling the rate in which they accept mails for bulk deliverys which in turn impacts the speed in which our mails get accepted. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Heute um 7:30 Uhr kam es zu Problemen bei einem unserer Double Opt-in Mailserver. Dies führte dazu, dass einige E-Mails nicht zugestellt werden konnten. Das Problem wurde gegen 14:30 Uhr identifiziert und behoben. Es wird an einer Lösung gearbeitet, um solche Ausfälle in Zukunft zu verhindern. Wir bitten entstandene Unannehmlichkeiten zu Entschuldigen.
