Calendly Incident History

We are currently experiencing an issue that is giving an error "Oops, something went wrong" when attempting to open the booking page link. Bookings links are not loading currently.

Zoom is currently experiencing a system outage. This is impacting Calendly customer's new bookings which are not generating meeting links as well as current Zoom links which are not active. We are monitoring Zoom's status page found here: https://status.zoom.us/ for updates.

We are making backend improvements to our live chat system. During this time, live chat with an agent will be unavailable. However, our chatbot will still be operational and can assist with common questions.If further support is needed, the chatbot will continue to escalate requests to our support team via email tickets, which will be the primary way to reach us during this maintenance window.Once the maintenance is complete, live chat with an agent will be fully restored. Calendly will undergo a scheduled Database maintenance beginning on Saturday, April 5 at 12:01 AM EDT. While we do not anticipate an outage, some users may experience intermittent errors during this time frame. This maintenance will last an estimated 120 minutes.
