Zahlungsaufträge funktionieren umgekehrt, also laden Sie diese bei uns herunter und in Ihrem E-Banking hoch. Die Bankingfunktionen stehen Ihnen danach im gewohnten Umfang zur Verfügung (z. B. automatischer Abgleich von QR-Rechnungen).

Background: For some weeks now, not only Swiss federal agencies, cantons and other companies have been targeted by cyber criminals. bexio has also been affected. Since yesterday (13.06.2023), the use of bexio has been affected by a cyber attack. These restrictions are still continuing. Your data is still safe: The cyber attack, a so-called distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack, only temporarily compromised access to the application. Customer data is not affected. Thanks to the high security standards and monitoring by our experts on site, it was also possible to respond immediately. We are working intensively to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
The systems are running again with the usual reliability and speed. We continue to actively monitor the systems.
Unfortunately bexio is not or only partially available. Our technicians are working on troubleshooting. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Your connection from bexio to UBS was disconnected due to an error by UBS. Please reconnect by clicking on “Connect e-banking” and link your account again. You can then retrieve any missing transactions.
From 13.03.2023 to 14.03.2023 the interface was not available. Since 15.03.2023 it is functional again. Please close potential gaps by retrieving the transactions again with the date filter or manually import for 13.03.
The root cause has been found and we are working with UBS to implement it.
For some of you, the UBS banking interface is currently only available on a limited basis. The problem has been identified on the UBS side. We are still in close contact with UBS and are assisting in troubleshooting. The transmission of payment orders continues to work. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Important: The transactions of the last few days were not delivered. However, there was no error. The transactions must therefore be imported by 1.3 with the date filter, and manually for 28.2. 6.03.2023: For some of you, the UBS banking interface is currently only available with restrictions. The problem has been identified on the UBS side. We are still in close contact with UBS and are supporting them in troubleshooting. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a new update today. We are still waiting for UBS to correct the error. We will give you the next update on 8 March at the latest.
03 March 2023 For some of you, the UBS banking interface is currently only available with restrictions.
