Last updateStarting around 9am EST this morning, publishing and unpublishing flows could take up to an hour to take effect. The team determined the root cause of the issue to be a database falling out-of-sync with Appcues' main database. The team resolved the issue around 1pm EST.

We have resolved the issues causing high error rates when showing flows to end users. We will continue to monitor the situation. In order to resolve the issue, we have temporarily disabled updates to the user property and event lists on https://studio.appcues.com. You can still use existing properties and events to target flows, but new user properties and events will not appear in your account. This is temporary and will be resolved soon.

We are investigating degraded performance of the Appcues server-side Segment destination. End users and flow delivery are unaffected, and the Segment analytics.js integration is unaffected as well. Data coming from Segment's direct server integration may be delayed, but should not result in data loss. We will update as we determine and mitigate the cause.

We are currently investigating an issue with launching the Flow Builder. This will affect editing flows in the chrome extension for all customers, but does not affect live flows or performance data. We believe we've identified the issue, but rolling out a new version through the Chrome Store will take some time. The updated version, including the fix, is 5.0.13.
