We've identified an issue related to onboarding. Currently some fields, if marked as required, stops new hires from being able to complete onboarding. If you have users currently trying to finish their onboarding they might get stuck and not be able to complete their onboarding. We are working on a fix as we speak.

The issue we are seeing seems to be limited to certain users only.

Report: "Issues with background jobs"
Last updateThis error was connected to a background service called RabbitMQ. The services effected by this error where mainly connected to messaging \(Slack and emails\) resulting in missed notifications and errors. Known errors: - Slack app returning errors even though requests went through - Slack notifications not being sent - Time off requests not being confirmed but still being sent Closer and more thorough monitoring is being implemented to this service to prevent this from effecting any services in the future.

Currently employees not yet invited to AlexisHR are mistakenly marked as offboarded in our Teamtailor, PE Accounting and Fortnox integration. This information is wrong and the employees have not been offboarded. We are working on a fix for this.

Last updateThis issue has now been resolved. Statuses of employees might still be set to "Status pending" in some cases - these statuses will update automatically during a period.

We currently are getting reports on issues with: - Onboarding - Time off requests (primarily Parental leaves and Child care) - Documents on colleagues profiles - Employee statuses. We've set all employee statuses to "Status pending" while we continue to investigate this.
We are working on more fixes on issues reported, we are currently experiencing issues with time off and employee statuses.
