A major outage at a sub-processor has disabled the "Draft with AI" and other features which leverage generative AI. AI-powered Idea explorations are not affected. Aha! Engineering is monitoring the sub-processor's outage and will update as their service recovers.

Last updateWe experienced a problem with webhooks today for a short period of time. The issue has been resolved and they are working normally. However, between 13:08 PST and 15:41 PST changes from incoming webhooks were not processed and some outgoing updates failed to be sent. This means that any changes that were made in a third party system that were sent to Aha! software were not processed during that time. Any additional changes will be processed normally the next time the field is updated in the other system.

The Amazon Web Services infrastructure on which Aha! relies is beginning to recover. We are working through the backlog of large jobs now.
Aha! Engineering is aware of delayed processing for large background jobs, such as bulk imports and exports. This problem is caused by a widespread issue affecting the Amazon Web Services infrastructure used by Aha!. Aha! engineers are monitoring the situation and will provide more updates as the AWS issue resolves.
